02/06/2013 – On Sunday afternoon the singles draw was made in Marseile for the 100 000 USD tournament, Open Feminin de Marseille.
Timi’s opponent will be Polona Hercog.
“Marseille is a very nice place! At last the weather is good, I do not need to train in the rain. The club also has a pleasant atmosphere, but because of the sea the courts are windy. In recent days, I usually did 2 tennis and 2 fitness work-outs. We run a lot on the beach, we did lot of foot-works. I can not say that It’s not but the sight and sound of the sea helps me. I must play good tennis to win against Hercog. I don’t play doubles this week, I will have one more work-out, to gather strength for the grass season “– Timi reported about the last days.
The 20-year-old Hungarian player is the 103th ranked player of the WTA Tour, she will be 7th seed in Marseille.
