The match lasted 2 hour and 16 minutes.

 

Timi dominated the first part of the 33-minute opening set. The 3rd seeded Hungarian player won her opponent’s serve twice, to 30 and then to 40. Dodin got a break point at 5:2, but her opponent finally closed the opening act.
The second set was already much tighter, unfortunately in the end the French player could be happy. Dodin broke to 40 after 2:1, though Timi led to 40-30. Then the answer came in the seventh game, the Hungarian player won her opponent’s serve to 30. Timi still saved two setballs at 4:5, but then lost her serve again after 5:6.
The Hungarian player started the third set better, broke to 30 at 2:2, and then led to 4:2. Unfortunately, Dodin was the more accurate after that, winning her opponent’s serve to 40 and then 30, making it to Sunday’s final.
