We fidget for two Hungarian players: Tímea Babos (WTA, singles: 66.) and Ágnes Szávay enter the Wimbledon grass in singles and together in doubles.
There were many last minute changes in singles because of withdrawals due to injuries or inadequate physical condition.
From the singles top16 ranked players are missing only French Marion Bartoli, Estonian Kaia Kanepi and Andrea Petkovic of Germany. Top seed in doubles will be Lisa Raymond and Liezel Huber, the world’s best “team” few days ago lost in Birmingham final against Tímea Babos and Hsieh Su Wei of Taipei.
