The Hungarian player threatens the ITF tournament as a part of the winter preparation, after the difficult work-outs in Budapest and then in Nice. Timi lost her service game after 1:1, and 3:3, but she came back both times. After 5:5, Monova won her opponent’s serve again, then hold her next service game.
At the beginning of the second set, Timi lost her serve again, and she could not hold her own game after 2:4. After 5:2, Monova led 40-0, then had a total of five match points. She lived with the fifth chance.
Timi is spending the rest of the winter preparation in Dubai, till Christmas. She scheduled to start the 2018 season in Shenzhen (China), and she will continue in Hobart (Australia), before the Australian Open.
