“It was a great moment in today’s match, because after a very long time, I played on the forehand side. Once, most recently in 2014, I played in Kuala Lumpur on this side. I am glad that it worked well today. In fact, I feel, We can be even better. I still love to play with Slava! Now she’s switched to the side, in which she won Grand Slam tournaments. This is very positive and good. Overall, it was a very long day, with many positive things, with smile and happiness. But, also with grief and tears. But, this is the sport, it is a beautiful sport. I must go ahead and do it”– said Timi.
The match lasted 52 minutes.
