13/01/2020 – The World No24 Dayana Yastremska was better with one break in each set.

The match lasted 1 hour and 17 minutes.


The 43-minute first set brought a close battle, and the Hungarian player did her best. In the sixth game, Timi defended her serve from 30-40, keeping her opponent up to 5:5.


Yastremska, who served well throughout the match, won the eleventh game to 15 and then broke the Hungarian player to 30.


In the second set, Yastremska took her opponent’s serve again to 30 after 2:1, effectively closing the game. Timi brought her serves to 15 then to 30, but she didn’t really have a chance as a receiver. In the end, after 5:3, the Ukrainian player won her serve to 30.
